It may be caused by hormone-producing tumours, alcohol use, drug use, various medications, although it most commonly occurs due to hormonal disorders. These complaints are present in the majority of adolescent boys. However most of them disappear within a few years. If they do not disappear, these patients are eligible candidates for the surgery.
